Referral Scheme

Earns rewards for recommending Victor Michael

At Victor Michael we value the relationships you have with your family and friends and want to show our appreciation for helping us grow. We’re excited to announce our Referral Scheme, where you can earn rewards for simply recommending us.

If you know someone who is looking to sell or rent their property, we would love to help them, and in return, you will receive a great fee as a thank you.

Here’s how it works:

  • For Lettings: If you refer a property to us, and it’s let at an average rent of £1,000.00, you will receive a fee of £250.00.
  • For Sales: If the property sells at an average value of £4,000.00, you will earn a fee of £1,000.00.

What we require:

  1. Full Contact Details of the client you are referring.
  2. An acknowledgment that the client has granted permission for their information to be disclosed to Victor Michael Ltd.
  3. Both parties retain the right to end the agreement at any time, and any previously agreed-upon fees will still be honoured.

It’s as simple as that! Just recommend us, and when your referral results in a successful sale or letting, the reward is yours.

We are committed to providing the best service to our clients, and we would love to extend that service to your network. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or colleague, if they are interested in selling or renting, we’re here to help.

Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss further or if you have someone in mind.

We look forward to working with you and rewarding your referrals!
